The FPOS (I) is a significant step up from the First Aid at Work award that is the basic level for all SIA Close Protection Officers, this is something that the security industry recognises.  Many employers are now asking for the FPOS (I) as the minimum requirement when looking for key personnel. During our training courses students are taught the skills associated with rapid assessment, stabilisation and transfer of both the trauma victim and those suffering a medical emergency.

All Argus Europe  Close Protection students are put through our own in house FPOS (I) Course. Those who successfully complete the course will be awarded the Edexcel Btec Level II Certification at no extra cost to themselves. Like all of the courses we offer there is very much a practical element to this course which is backed up by interesting classroom sessions taught by our experienced medical professionals.
